Billing
[email protected]Payments, invoices and plan changes. Include your order ID, which is on your payment receipt email and on your invoice. Refunds are requested differently: open a support ticket from your dashboard with the "Refund request" category, within 24 hours of the payment. Refund requests by email aren't accepted.
