- Can I get something to answer my Instagram DMs from my own price list?
- Yes. Upload the price list as a PDF, point it at a web page, or type the notes in, and HookSend answers DMs from what is in there. Those documents are the only thing it can draw on, so it cannot offer a price you never wrote down.
- What happens when someone asks something my documents do not cover?
- Nothing is sent at all. The chat waits for you, and nothing is charged for an answer it could not give. Most tools in this category are built to always have something to say. We would rather ours said nothing than guess at your prices, your dates or your refund policy.
- My brochure is in English but people DM me in Hindi. Which language does the reply go out in?
- The language the question was asked in. It finds the answer in your English document and writes it back in the language of the DM, so you do not have to keep the same document in every language.
- I answer some DMs myself. Will the AI talk over me?
- No. Reply by hand from the Instagram app and it steps out of that chat for an hour. It also stays quiet while a campaign or a flow is mid conversation, so nobody gets two voices in one thread.
- Do customers have to type out a full question every time?
- No. Up to three tap suggestions follow each answer, built from the same documents, and a tap sends the whole question. It also holds the last few messages, so a short follow up like “what about Sunday?” still makes sense.

Why this will not get your account banned
HookSend is built and run by HOOKSEND SOFTWARE, an approved Meta Tech Provider. Meta reviewed the app and approved every permission it uses. Every message and every hidden comment goes through Instagram’s official API, paced inside Instagram’s own limits. We never ask for your password, never log in as you, and never automate a browser pretending to be you, which is what the tools that do get accounts restricted are actually doing.
